By accessing smartbuycart.online or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, prices and images. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, supplier updates or manufacturing batches.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an unserviceable delivery location. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. An order is accepted after payment verification, COD confirmation, stock confirmation and serviceability checks.

Third-Party Fulfilment

Products may be packed and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. Different products from one order may arrive separately.

Payments

Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and locations.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy and applicable Indian law.

Misuse

Customers must not place fraudulent orders, provide false information, interfere with the website or misuse COD services.

Liability

SmartBuyCart will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public restrictions, incorrect customer information or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction of courts or consumer forums having lawful authority.
