ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

An order may be cancelled before it is packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, handed to the courier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days.

If a customer refuses a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, future COD orders from the same customer, phone number or address may be restricted.
